The RAND Corporation is an outgrowth of the post WWII Military/Industrial alliance, It is a private Think tank funded by the US Govt. I find it highly interesting that they produced their own highly detailed and specific report on UFO’s. All while the public was fed the Phony investigation of Project Blue Book
