Was Navy Yard Shooter stalked with Mind Control Microwave Weapons?

42 days prior to embarking on a shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard, Suspected Shooter Aaron Alexis had filed a complaint with Rhode Island police in which he claimed that he was being targeted with Microwave weapons.

Alexis complained that an individual he had an altercation with in an airport had “sent 3 people to follow him and keep him awake by talking to him…using ‘some sort of microwave device.’”

Alexis reportedly told the officer that three people were sent to “follow him and keep him awake by talking to him and sending vibrations into his body.” Alexis attempted to change hotel rooms to another at a Navy base “where he heard the same voices talking to him through the walls, floor and ceiling.” Alexis also noted these people were “using ‘some sort of microwave machine’ to send vibrations through the ceiling, penetrating his body so he cannot fall asleep.

Was this a first red flag leading to an alarming portrait of a defense contractor suffering from mental illness? Or a statement of fact?

Law enforcement officials close to the investigation have reported to the press that the stock of Alexis’ shotgun had been carved with “Better off this way” and “My ELF weapon.”
ELF” may be a reference to “extremely low frequency” and is a term applied to microwave technology.

Microwave Mind Control-No Science Fiction

Directed energy and electromagnetic weapons are not science fiction; there are a multitude of patents for exactly the kind of mind weapon Alexis had described. Microwave mind-control technology was developed over fifty years ago during the height of the Cold War. Among the established effects of microwave weapons are sleep deprivation, a symptom that NBC News reports Alexis received treatment for.

Julianne McKinney, former director of the Electronic Surveillance Project and who self identifies as U.S. Army intelligence veteran, self-published “Microwave Harassment & Mind-Control Experimentation” and “Mind Control and the Secret State” states that: “the long term objectives of these harassment and experimentation campaigns appear to be…redirect the targeted individual’s feelings of hopelessness, anger, and frustration toward racial and ethnic groups, and toward select, prominent political figures… (and to) force the individual to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under conditions which can be plausibly denied by the government”.

The U.S. government has already participated in wide scale mind control research targeting the American people; the MK Ultra program was declassified through the U.S. Congress Church Committee in 1975 that led to the release of some 20,000 documents detailing the horrific goals of the CIA.

The portrait being painted of the accused shooter by the mass media, is that of a mentally ill lone gunman type of scenario, which we may never know exactly what motivated Aaron alexis to commit such a brutal violent act. And now that the accused shooter is (conveniently) dead, we will never hear that side of this story. Regardless of Alexis claims, and his history of PTSD and psychiatric counseling.
The fact remains that it is a possibility that this was a case of organized, high tech Mind control and human manipulation.

FBI calls half of populace with 9/11 doubts potential terrorists

Once again if you question the official narrative, or if you step out of line and start connecting the dots for yourself, you are immediately branded as crazy, or even better now..as a Terrorist. Doublethink and Thought crime are alive and well in today’s society.

The FBI is instructing local police departments and “communities against terrorism” to consider anyone who harbors “conspiracy theories” about 9/11 to be a potential terrorist, in a circular released to local police departments.

The memo thus adds 9/11-official-story skeptics to a growing list of targets described by federal law enforcement to be security threats, such as those who express “libertarian philosophies,” “Second Amendment-oriented views,” interest in “self-sufficiency,” “fears of Big Brother or big government,” and “Declarations of Constitutional rights and civil liberties.”

A newly released national poll shows that 48 percent of Americans either have some doubts about the official account of 9/11, or do not believe it at all. (So that means half of this country is filled with “potential Terrorists”)

The FBI circular entitled “Potential Indicators of Terrorist Activities Related to Sleepers” says that people who should be ‘considered suspicious’ of possible involvement in “terrorist activity” include those who hold the “attitude” described as ” Conspiracy theories about Westerners involvement in 9/11 to legitimize the invasion of foreign lands.”

Bloggers and other citizens have long argued that the science employed by the official story is impossible, and that the three towers must have been destroyed by some other means. As the FBI circular states, some argue that 9/11 was planned by a secret coup faction of the US government “to legitimize the invasion of foreign lands,” notably Iraq and the Middle East. In 2005 General Wesley Clark, former presidential candidate, said that he was given a copy of a memo by a ranking member of the Bush administration that revealed that war hawks in the Pentagon planned on attacking “seven countries in five years,” with Iraq only the beginning. (What a sheer Coincidence…)

Other federal law enforcement agencies have been criticized for sweeping characterizations of potential terrorists, which demonize Constitutionally protected activity. Department of Homeland Security was being trained to consider as potential terrorists, among other people, those who had expressed “libertarian philosophies, “Second Amendment-oriented views,” “Self-sufficiency (stockpiling food, ammo, hand tools, medical supplies,) “Fear of economic collapse,” “fears of Big Brother or big government,” and “Declarations of Constitutional rights and civil liberties.”

Former Presidents Warn About the “Invisible Government” Running the United States

Past presidents of the United States and other high profile political leaders have repeatedly issued warnings over the last 214 years that the U.S. government is under the control of an “invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.”

According to six of our former presidents, one vice-president, and a myriad of other high profile political leaders, an invisible government that is “incredibly evil in intent” has been in control of the U.S. government “ever since the days of Andrew Jackson” (since at least 1836). BRAIN Project and The New goals of Mind control

Energy Beam Weapon Developed by NATO Disables Vehicles

An energy beam that can be fired to disable vehicles and electronic devices has been developed by Nato scientists.The device uses an intense pulse of electromagnetic energy that can be directed at a moving vehicle to interfere with the electronics on board.

Tests conducted by Nato scientists who have been developing the device in Norway show that it can stop a car approaching a roadblock and could be used to thwart suicide bomb attacks.The researchers, who are working as part of Nato’s Science and Technology Organisation, have also demonstrated it can disable jet skis, drones, and electronic devices such as mobile phones that may be used to remotely trigger a bomb.

World War 3 and The coming Global Smart ID

The drums of war are beating, diverting our attention, as always, to the stories scripted by the mainstream media. Meanwhile, plans for the New World Order are being perfected.We must not focus solely on the war, or the shock, but what is to come after.

The Smart World Order will most likely be run by an all-knowing quantum computer, for optimization of the new capital (people, nature, and data) alongside the traditional products, services, and built infrastructure. Everything is to have a unique identifier, to enable the quantum algorithms and social simulations, which are required to keep the show running in what they hope will be a truly sustainable fashion. The United Nations is now calling for this ‘steady state system’, which requires an understanding of all capital stock, and all transactions. This is the oft-described transhumanist military-industrial complex – but with a purpose, an ‘ideology’ , which may sound alluring to many.

Unless people wise up to this almost-unheard-of news, we will all be forced to get a global smart ID. What does that mean? It’s what we’ve all been dreading, is what it is … it’s your unique identification number; the sign of all that you are, including your biometrics. If allowed to happen, we will be one step away from Implants. Your ID will be smart because it’s stored on a microchip, and with it comes your one-and-only password for everything. You’re gonna need that password to be part of society in the near future, because the plan is to move everything online, To global SmartID system.

The way it works is, you sign up with an Identity Provider (IdP), enrol your biometrics (probably face and fingerprints) and provide the appropriate evidence of who you are. This IdP will then be in control of all your private details. When you need to confirm your identity for some reason (such as applying for State benefits) you will be asked to produce the necessary credentials for that transaction, and the Identity Provider will act as a go-between, confirming the identities of both parties.

Identity management already exists for military personnel and civil servants, and globally interoperable standards have emerged. Over the last decade, identity specialists have crafted a number of methods for a global system for all citizens of the earth. Most countries now have biometric passports, and the UK and the US are leading the way.

The global interplay of production-and-consumption can only be managed from the top, in the name of sustainability, when each and every ‘thing’ is tagged and labelled with an ID. This Internet-of-things-and-people can then become an efficient machine, processing all transactions on a global scale, from the RFIDs in consumer products, to sensors and smart cards that process all the many identities of people and devices. The ultimate aim is to achieve (the illusion of) a global steady-state system, maintaining perfect ‘balance’.

Can Cops Use your Iphone Fingerprint against you?

Are you excited about the new iPhone’s nifty biometric fingerprint unlock system? The police might be, too.

Courts have given mixed messages about whether Americans are protected from being forced to divulge passwords or decrypt information for law enforcement officials. Civil liberties advocates argue defendants shouldn’t have to unlock their own computers for the cops. The logic: Under the Fifth Amendment, Police can’t force you to self-incriminate by testifying, or divulging something in your mind.

It’s unclear if that same protection applies if the password is your fingerprint. “A fingerprint is entitled to less constitutional protection than a password known in your mind,” said Hanni Fakhoury, a staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation in San Francisco. “If police arrest you and ask you for a password, you could refuse and they’d be hard pressed to force you to divulge the password.”

Of course, police already collect fingerprints after booking a suspect. And the Supreme Court has also held that police don’t need a search warrant to collect fingerprints.It isn’t hard to imagine police also forcing a suspect to put his thumb on his iPhone to take a look inside.

Hack the Planet Now! – Britain’s Senior Scientist Pushes for GeoEngineering

Lord Rees, one of “Britain’s most senior scientists”, has suggested that time is running out on earth’s climate, and that unless we take drastic measures like geoengineering, global warming will lead us into ’dangerous territory’ and ’panic’.

It would seem that the only one panicking is Lord Rees. His alarmist statements fly in the face of current mainstream theories that if man made global warming exists at all, it’s ’on pause’, and we’re in a period of cooling (despite rising CO2 levels and predictions to the contrary). Further, Lord Rees’ pessimism about reducing carbon dioxide emissions is growing irrelevant, as more research is coming out suggesting that climate change may not be caused by carbon dioxide levels at all.Among the Geo-engineering plans on Rees’s agenda include launching mirrors into space, triggering algal blooms in the oceans and seeding clouds in the upper layer of the Earth’s atmosphere to bounce some of the sun’s energy back into the stratosphere.

Sen. Lindsey Graham to Congress: ‘Let’s Just Blow Up Iran’

Is this a signal that Iran was the goal of Syrian intervention all along? Senator Graham has been warning that if we don’t bomb Syria, it will lead to war with Iran within six months.The Republican Senator from South Carolina announced on Saturday that he is going to officially approach Congress to seek military authorization for a strike on Iran to destroy the nation’s nuclear program.

As Reported: Graham’s language is clear:

“Graham, speaking on Gov. Mike Huckabee’s Fox News program, said the move will work to make sure we send ‘a clear signal that this debacle called Syria doesn’t mean we’re confused about Iran.’”

Graham has a long history of warmongering, especially when it comes to Iran. Back in 2010 at an AIPAC meeting, the Senator told the pro-Israel lobby that, “The Congress has your back” and Israel is “our best friend in the world.” He went on to say “all options must be on the table” and “you know exactly what I’m talking about” when it comes to potentially bombing Iran.

In addition, Graham’s top campaign contributors include Boeing and General Electric — key military-industrial complex players that would profit heavily off any war. Likewise, the Senator has shown his readiness to abandon the Constitution and Bill of Rights, particularly under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), to strip suspects of due process rights in the name of the neverending War on Terror

Syria: Target of International Bankers

In an August 2013 article titled “ Larry Summers and the Secret ‘End-game’ Memo,” Greg Palast posted evidence of a secret late-1990s plan devised by Wall Street and U.S. Treasury officials to open banking to the lucrative derivatives business. To pull this off required the relaxation of banking regulations not just in the US but globally. The vehicle to be used was the Financial Services Agreement of the World Trade Organization.

The “end-game” would require not just coercing support among WTO members but taking down those countries refusing to join. Some key countries remained holdouts from the WTO, including Iraq, Libya, Iran and Syria.

In these Islamic countries, banks are largely state-owned; and “usury” – charging rent for the “use” of money – is viewed as a sin, if not a crime. That puts them at odds with the Western model of rent extraction by private middlemen. Publicly-owned banks are also a threat to the mushrooming derivatives business, since governments with their own banks don’t need interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, or investment-grade ratings by private rating agencies in order to finance their operations.

Forty percent of banks globally are publicly-owned. They are largely in the BRIC countries—Brazil, Russia, India and China which house forty percent of the global population. They also escaped the 2008 credit crisis, but they at least made a show of conforming to Western banking rules. This was not true of the “rogue” Islamic nations, where usury was forbidden by Islamic teaching. To make the world safe for usury, these rogue states had to be silenced by other means. Having failed to succumb to economic coercion, they wound up in the crosshairs of the powerful US military.

Is it a coincidence that these countries were named by U.S. General Wesley Clark (Ret.) in a 2007 “Democracy Now” interview as the new “rogue states” being targeted for take down after September 11, 2001? He said that about 10 days after 9-11, he was told by a general that the decision had been made to go to war with Iraq. Later, the same general said they planned to take out seven countries in five years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran.
