While Human experimentation is heavily regulated in the U.S. there does exist the possibility of secret (Corporate) human experimentation.In fact an argument can be made that pervasive Social media itself could constitute as a form of mass human experimentation. Governments and corporations alike have taken advantage of people’s data,have conducted espionage against the public,and are constantly looking into how to effect(Socially engineer)the public’s opinions and attitudes and have even directed the public’s attention in who they should(and should not) elect.

Suspiciously, scientific magazines of repute, such as Science, Nature, and Scientific American among others, have accepted these surprising neuroscientific research studies.

Latin America has served as a political and scientific testing ground for globalist powers and western corporations alike since the end of WW2.

Facebook, Google, IBM and Elon Musk have all heavily invested in projects related to human brain research and brain-computer interfaces. These tech companies have also made major moves to communist China.
