An energy beam that can be fired to disable vehicles and electronic devices has been developed by Nato scientists.The device uses an intense pulse of electromagnetic energy that can be directed at a moving vehicle to interfere with the electronics on board.
Tests conducted by Nato scientists who have been developing the device in Norway show that it can stop a car approaching a roadblock and could be used to thwart suicide bomb attacks.The researchers, who are working as part of Nato’s Science and Technology Organisation, have also demonstrated it can disable jet skis, drones, and electronic devices such as mobile phones that may be used to remotely trigger a bomb.
It is the latest advance in “non-lethal weapons” under research being carried out by military scientists around the world.Recently US scientists unveiled a non-lethal microwave ray that induces intense pain in those in its path and was developed to help subdue riots.
Scientists from the UK, Norway, the US, Germany, France and a number of other countries have been working as part of the Nato Science and Technology Organisation to use high powered radio waves and microwaves as non-lethal weapons.
The mission of a small “elite” group to control the masses is nothing new. It has always been a tool implemented in the form of propaganda used to alter perception and thus steer the direction of large populations. Implants and Ingestibles — RFID is one technology being touted as a wonder for finding lost items — like kids and dogs and products — but has also broken through into the field of medicine. This plays a major role in selling the mind-body-computer connection to nearly every age. It, too, is a form of surveillance.
The area of mind control, aside from the obvious behavioral changes, becomes probable with RFID implants and ingestible RFID. VeriMed’s human implant has been approved by the FDA and has been used as an ID system by the Israeli military. At the moment, this technology is being sold as an interior sensor network, but there is much more that can be done, as has been shown in animal testing. Mind-controlled Robots and Drones — This is already in the mainstream news, but how about the merging of man and machine? This is what the transhumanist dream actually is, but DARPA is naturally looking to be sure it gets to the battlefield first. The Royal Society, an elite UK think-tank has published a report that indicates an interest in using brain mapping technology to keep soldiers alert, as well as “operate weaponry remotely through mind-machine interfaces.”
With an increasing amount of robots and drones already on the battlefield and in civilian space, this opens up the possibility of “thought-controlled” drones. After this, the question becomes whether or not autonomous drones will be able to link in reverse to anyone they wish.
ElectroMagnetic Manipulation — Transcranial pulsed ultrasound was made famous by The God Helmet. This is being tested in the military and begins to form the crucial bridge between “buying into it” and being subjected to it. Weapons are already being developed (and possibly used) that use transcranial pulse ultra sound to soldiers to increase altertness and minimize pesky emotions like fear or compassion.

The American Air Force 1982 “Final Report On Biotechnology Research Requirements For Aeronautical Systems Through the Year 2000” states:
“While initial attention should be toward degradation of human performance through thermal loading and electromagnetic field effects, subsequent work should address the possibilities of directing and interrogating mental functioning, using externally applied fields”.
In 2002, the Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a technology: using microwaves to send words into someone’s head. The patent was based on human experimentation in October 1994 at the Air Force lab, where scientists were able to transmit phrases into the heads of human subjects.”
The U.S. military has a non-lethal toy straight out of dystopian science fiction. It is, literally, a pain gun. Known as “Active Denial Technology,” the pain gun shoots extremely high frequency microwaves from a truck hundreds of meters away. When these waves hit your skin, you feel like you’re being cooked alive.
According to New Scientist, Raytheon, the defense contractor behind the pain gun, is working on a portable version:
Raytheon is now building smaller versions for law enforcement or commercial maritime use – designed to be placed inside buildings, such as prisons. And soon there could be handheld versions of the pain ray. Raytheon has developed small experimental prototypes, one of which is about the size of a heavy rifle and is intended for police use.
As a non-lethal weapon, the pain ray is actually incredibly effective. The weapon causes a burning sensation so strong that it triggers “reflexive ‘repel’ reactions.” People just want to get out of the way. But as a non-lethal weapon, the pain gun has something rubber bullets and tasers and tear gas do not: it is invisible—people being shot by it will likely have absolutely zero idea what is going on, and in most cases the gun leaves no physical wounds.
