Are secret human experiments being used in brain chip research?

The suggestion offered with minimal evidence by David Salinas Flores M.D (unconfirmed) is still an intriguing question,With continuing advancements in Nueroscience and Brain mapping, how will grand aims such as the BRAIN project achieve their complicated goals without actually delving into Human brain specimens? While Human experimentation is heavily regulated in the U.S. there does exist the possibility of secret (Corporate) human experimentation. In fact an argument can be made that pervasive Social media itself could constitute as a form of mass human experimentation. Governments and corporations alike have taken advantage of people’s data, have conducted espionage against the public, and are constantly looking into how to effect(Socially engineer)the public’s opinions and attitudes and have even directed the public’s attention in who they should(and should not) elect.

A 2016 paper entitled“The secret of neuroscience boom: Are there secret human experiments in Latin América? published in the Egyptian Journal of Internal Medicine warned that “secret, forced, and illicit human experimentation” could be happening in Latin America, where poverty stricken masses are routinely recruited for medical trials.

As per DR (?) Flores: An objective analysis proposes as a possible explanation for the so-called neuroscientific boom the suspicion that transnational technological companies, in illegal association with the US government, the European Community, China and some Latin American governments, are developing, in Latin America, illegal and forced secret neuroscientific human experimentation with brain implants and nanotechnology. This illegal human experimentation would probably have the involvement and confidence of the press, which continually promotes it through reports about the use of brain implants in humans. Suspiciously, scientific magazines of repute, such as Science, Nature, and Scientific American among others, have accepted these surprising neuroscientific research studies.

Latin America has served as a political and scientific testing ground for globalist powers and western corporations alike since the end of WW2.

Facebook, Google, IBM and Elon Musk have all heavily invested in projects related to human brain research and brain-computer interfaces. These tech companies have also made major moves to communist China.

Given the history of secret human experiments by governments around the world, we shouldn’t be surprised at the possibility of this scenario.

Now We are all Superhuman….(?)

Exhibition pays tribute to the remarkable technology that shapes both our minds and our bodies.

Since we first took mastery over fire, mankind has steadily been shaping his world around him.

It may have taken us a few thousand years to get from building walls, pyramids and roads to the microchip and spaceships, but the colossal innovation of the last 100 years shows just how quickly we have accelerated our development.

Now the Wellcome Collection is celebrating how humanity has developed – and specifically, how we have been able to alter our own bodies, with a summer exhibition to coincide with the Olympics.Superhuman’ brings together over 100 artworks, artefacts, videos, photographs, comics and medical objects which record our seemingly limitless desire to be more than ourselves.

Emily Sargent, Curator of Superhuman, said: ’Human enhancement is one of the most exciting and feared areas of modern science, where sci-fi imaginings seemingly come alive. But it is not the exclusive preserve of the contemporary technologist, as our desire to enhance ourselves and our ingenuity to do so is in evidence throughout our history.

Or could it simply be a little subtle propaganda to prepare the world for the reality of Transhumanism?? Agreed that Human ingenuity, and a desire to be so much more than we are, has brought us a long way so far. Yet the current possibilities of technologically modifying ourselves, coupled with the agenda of those who would love to be gods among men does’nt fare well for the rest of us…
