Terrifying New Weapons Police Are Using To Crush Protests

The future of police technology has arrived, and it’s stranger and more terrifying than we could’ve possibly imagined.

Conspiracy theorists’ worst fears were confirmed last month when the New York Post reported that the NYPD now maintains an undisclosed number of unmarked, military-grade vans with X-ray radiation, capable of scanning the public and looking through building and vehicle walls.

This technology, called the “Z Backscatter” van, was used by the military in Afghanistan and costs somewhere between $729,000 and $825,000.
However, there’s no way we can know for sure what these futuristic vans are capable of, including potential health impacts due to radiation exposure, because the NYPD refuses to talk about them. The NYPD’s insistence on complete, blanketing secrecy is part of a growing trend within the surveillance state that civil rights advocates have been fighting for decades.

The Backscatter vans are only the beginning. Police departments around the nation have deployed a whole host of new devices, from laser light guns to facial recognition scanners. Here’s what’s being used by police right now:

Pain Ray Cannon (Active Denial System)

What began in the early days of the Bush Administration as a way to quell Iraq war-era uprisings could soon end up at local police departments.
The pain ray cannon, or “Active Denial System,” (ADS) as the police call it, is the latest form of military-grade crowd control. The weapon uses microwave beams to heat up the water and fat molecules in a person’s skin, effectively heating the person up until they run away.

Though “less-than-lethal,” its effects are anything but enjoyable. According to people who have had the pain ray tested on them, “it feels like someone opened an invisible door to a blast furnace in front of them, or that their skin was being scorched all over instantly. During protest situations, an ADS could be swept across large groups of people at a closer range than originally intended. The systems could be used to deter a crowd from a single area or to incapacitate drivers. If left unchecked, the pain ray cannon could allow for some pretty repulsive human rights violations.

Instead of tear gas and batons, departments have taken to using Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs), to transmit a super-loud high-pitched scream into crowds. The sound is literally too painful to be around and is intended to “shape the behavior of potential threats”
 Police Departments from New York City to Toronto to Ferguson, Missouri are using LRADs indiscriminately on protesters, causing excruciating pain to anyone within range.

This is not a precision tool,” said Gideon Oliver, a lawyers who wrote to NYPD Commissioner Bratton. “This is an area-of-effect weapon. When the police use it, it’s not as if they’re just targeting one person. It’s indiscriminate like teargas.”

With secrecy and deception clouding any conversation about the militarized surveillance state, we can only assume that we are being recorded almost all the time, at least in urban areas. The market has more than tripled since 2008, with cameras being used more invasively every day.

Just last year the Boston Police Department was caught testing out its facial recognition technology on attendees of Boston Calling music festival without their knowledge. Data on each individual’s build, clothes and skin color was captured on thousands of people.

The ACLU claims police departments are also attempting to gain access to private security cameras in order to expand their surveillance reach without having to install new cameras of their own.

Even more aggressive than thousands of surveillance cameras on every street corner is police reconnaissance from the sky. Several police departments have deployed aircrafts with high-resolution cameras and software that can identify and track people over long distances. FBI versions of these planes include technology that may be able to capture private data from cellphones as they track someone, according to the Associated Press.

Concerns have been raised regarding use of this technology for police surveillance, including protection from “unreasonable search and seizure.” The U.S. Department of Justice released its own guidelines on the matter in May, barring federal law enforcement agencies from using drones to “monitor activity protected by the First Amendment”, such as peaceful protests.

George Orwell introduced the concept of the “Thought Police” in his dystopian novel 1984. Seeking out those citizens who would dare to commit “Thought Crime” using psychological methods and omnipresent surveillance, to search, find, monitor, and arrest members of society who could potentially challenge authority and the status quo, even if only by thought.

Although 1984 was written as a warning against the abuses of absolute power and complete totalitarianism, In our current reality if you were to pay attention to the current headlines you would think that it is being used almost as an instruction manual for a Technological Slavery State.

With Warantless Surveillance being admitted to by the N.S.A. and F.B.I.. Americans are told that “they have no reasonable expectation of privacy”. A former head of the C.I.A had even come forward to discuss the technologies in development for spying on the everyday activities of American citizens,through their own home appliances.

Sounds crazy right?? Wrong, it’s our documented reality that a growing orwellian nightmare is fast encroaching upon us and our activities. So how much longer till it get’s to the point where the Government will even want to read your mind and police your thoughts? Not Long at all.

Speech activates specific neurons as the brain works interpret the sounds as words. Each word activates a slightly different set of neurons.
Now scientists have started to develop an algorithm that can pick up the activity and translate it back into words”.

Sure.. it sounds like a completely benevolent scientific and medical breakthrough,but consider the other side of the coin here. Any technology is only a tool,and that can be used for the betterment of humanity or it’s enslavement.

In Fact the Department of Homeland Security(Still sounds like a Nazi organization to me) is already two steps ahead of you. Because you cant be “free” if you aren’t “safe” from the threats that they created in the first place.

The machine is “like an X-ray for bad intentions,” with its “series of sensors and imagers that read your body temperature, heart rate and respiration for unconscious tells invisible to the naked eye — signals terrorists and criminals may display in advance of an attack.”

MALINTENT’ has been described as the “brainchild of the cutting-edge Human Factors Division in Homeland Security’s directorate for Science and Technology.” It apparently uses facial scanners and body scanners, referred to as Future Attribute Screening Technology (FAST). By reading the expression on one’s face and comparing that expression to other faces on a database, computers can presumably read one’s mood and mental intentions.

Arresting a person for a crime not yet committed, on the basis of perceived intent, amounts to arresting people for thought crimes.

Enter The Electronic Concentration Camp

According to Harlan Girard Managing Director of the International Committee Opposing Microwave Weapons(ICOMW) The United States Government has already established what he calls an Electronic Concentration Camp System (ECCS).
Essentially, the ECCS is a network of microwave towers and broadcast centers that can virtually imprison any citizen of the United States that the Thought Police wish to target. It’s a people zapping system, used to track, torture and psychologically harass inconvenient people who, for one reason or another, have been placed on the government’s long list of enemies.

To support this claim, Girard has amassed an impressive collection of documents which clearly indicate that the U.S. government has no need of the small surveillance units. The number of peace protestors and politically “inconvenient” people who have suddenly begun to hear voices in their heads strongly suggests that the U.S. government has built and fielded something much bigger, much more powerful, and much more scary: a fully developed and fully operational Electronic Concentration Camp System.

And if you think this man is a lone “conspiracy nut” you are wrong. Hundreds of U.S. citizens have come forward with claims of being targeted individuals with Electronic and Microwave weapon harassment. In fact it has even been successfully argued in a court of law that this activity is ongoing.

Mass Targeting of the Population??

A former DARPA scientist who held a top security clearance has warned that transmissions from cell phone towers constitute a “terrorist act” against the civilian population. Dr. Paul Batcho holds a PhD from Princeton University, and spent nearly three years working for DARPA at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the field of computational physics.

Batcho has sent numerous letters to federal security agencies, including DARPA and the Department of Homeland Security, claiming that he has identified a “terrorist” threat from cellular towers “in central Florida, and Tampa St Petersburg.”

“I seem to have stumbled across an advanced technology that I would classify as synthetic telepathy,” he wrote in one such missive. “It clearly uses the cellular towers to transmit illegal signals. It sounds unbelievable but it is actual technology being used on civilians of the US. “My basic research does indicate that such technology can exist and dates back to the V2K (P300) mind wave technology of the 1970s. This does appear to be a much more advanced version that allows open communication of human mind to mind bridges.”

So that begs the question..Who Is doing the Targeting? To the general public this would sound like tinfoil hat tripe. But it has been documented that these technologies are patented and being put to use by elements affiliated with the U.S. Government.

It may seem like a far off Sci-Fi fantasy but if you do the research,it’s clear to see that George Orwell’s greatest “Big Brother” nightmare,is gradually becoming a part of our own reality.

Was Navy Yard Shooter stalked with Mind Control Microwave Weapons?

42 days prior to embarking on a shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard, Suspected Shooter Aaron Alexis had filed a complaint with Rhode Island police in which he claimed that he was being targeted with Microwave weapons.

Alexis complained that an individual he had an altercation with in an airport had “sent 3 people to follow him and keep him awake by talking to him…using ‘some sort of microwave device.’”

Alexis reportedly told the officer that three people were sent to “follow him and keep him awake by talking to him and sending vibrations into his body.” Alexis attempted to change hotel rooms to another at a Navy base “where he heard the same voices talking to him through the walls, floor and ceiling.” Alexis also noted these people were “using ‘some sort of microwave machine’ to send vibrations through the ceiling, penetrating his body so he cannot fall asleep.

Was this a first red flag leading to an alarming portrait of a defense contractor suffering from mental illness? Or a statement of fact?

Law enforcement officials close to the investigation have reported to the press that the stock of Alexis’ shotgun had been carved with “Better off this way” and “My ELF weapon.”
ELF” may be a reference to “extremely low frequency” and is a term applied to microwave technology.

Microwave Mind Control-No Science Fiction

Directed energy and electromagnetic weapons are not science fiction; there are a multitude of patents for exactly the kind of mind weapon Alexis had described. Microwave mind-control technology was developed over fifty years ago during the height of the Cold War. Among the established effects of microwave weapons are sleep deprivation, a symptom that NBC News reports Alexis received treatment for.

Julianne McKinney, former director of the Electronic Surveillance Project and who self identifies as U.S. Army intelligence veteran, self-published “Microwave Harassment & Mind-Control Experimentation” and “Mind Control and the Secret State” states that: “the long term objectives of these harassment and experimentation campaigns appear to be…redirect the targeted individual’s feelings of hopelessness, anger, and frustration toward racial and ethnic groups, and toward select, prominent political figures… (and to) force the individual to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under conditions which can be plausibly denied by the government”.

The U.S. government has already participated in wide scale mind control research targeting the American people; the MK Ultra program was declassified through the U.S. Congress Church Committee in 1975 that led to the release of some 20,000 documents detailing the horrific goals of the CIA.

The portrait being painted of the accused shooter by the mass media, is that of a mentally ill lone gunman type of scenario, which we may never know exactly what motivated Aaron alexis to commit such a brutal violent act. And now that the accused shooter is (conveniently) dead, we will never hear that side of this story. Regardless of Alexis claims, and his history of PTSD and psychiatric counseling.
The fact remains that it is a possibility that this was a case of organized, high tech Mind control and human manipulation.

Are we Guniea Pigs?: DARPA and IBM launch new low frequency microwave data network

Every crisis gives birth to a new solution – and the technology, GMO and Pharma industries have taken this idea to religious levels.

But what price are we paying for riding along with these industries? Technology is moving so quickly that the population have become one giant commercial experiment in the new global crusade for efficiency and convenience (and profits).

DARPA and IBM claim they want to “fix the plumbing” of our clogged-up mobile data networks, as they unveil their new millimeter wave-length radio frequency relay stations powered by their new super “Geranium” chip technology.

It is unknown as yet what effects their new millimeter-wave wireless communication links will have on humans. Similar technology has already been deployed by the TSA in America through their body scanners which also use radiation-emitting microwave technology – devices which were quickly rolled out without being independently tested on animals, or humans for safety. In the case of full body scanners that use high frequency waves, it has been shown that this millimeter wavelength technology can unzip and disrupt human DNA structures.

The risks of bathing the population in even more microwaves by harnessing an entirely new portion of the radio wave spectrum – all in order to speed up our iPhone and Android performance, is maybe something humanity should not rush into either.

Boeing’s New Missile Remotely Disables Computers as It Flies By

Electromagnetic Pulse and Microwave weapons are not a brand new invention, The military has been working on this for the better half of the decade(officialy). As stated before the military is working with technologies years in advance of the current standard. So is it not possible that EMP and Microwave weapons have already been put to use. A prime example is the blackouts and electrical disruption prior to the crash of Flight 93 on 9/11

This is CHAMP: Boeing’s new missile otherwise known as the Counter-electronics High-powered Microwave Advanced Missile Project. It automatically disables PCs and other electronic devices as it soars through the skies, using a burst of powerful radio waves—and it was successfully tested last week.

The CHAMP tests took place in the Western Utah Desert on October 16th. As it flew by a two-story building, its on-board microwave system shut down every piece of electronic equipment running inside the place. In fact, the test went so well that it disabled all the cameras recording the event, too. Oops.

CHAMP program manager Keith Coleman seems positive about the tests:

“This technology marks a new era in modern-day warfare. In the near future, this technology may be used to render an enemy’s electronic and data systems useless even before the first troops or aircraft arrive…. [W]e made science fiction science fact.

Military Plans to Barbecue Civil Dissidents to 130° F in Times of Civil Unrest

As the looming economic collapse fills the air and tensions mount worldwide, the military has quietly prepared dozens of less than lethal weapons readied for use in the event of future civil unrest on the streets of America.

Fox News recently covered a military demonstration of the Millimeter Wave Weapon that can heat 1/64th of an inch of your skin to 130° F in less than 1 second from long range.

Notice how they stated that the prototype costs 10 Million $, yet no plans to deploy it. You don’t spend 10 million $ in research and devlopment on something for it to be shelved. it’s just not deployed YET….. And I’m sure We will be the first guinea pigs.
