The amendment has been proposed to be added to the already odious ‘Online Safety Bill’, which would censor “legal but harmful” content, and was introduced by Conservative Party lawmaker John Penrose.
Like something out of dystopian fiction, Penrose, has proposed that the government forces online platforms to maintain a score of how truthful a person is, determined by their past statements.
The proposal says that every user that produces online content, including “comments and reviews” and who receives a certain number of online views, which is to be determined by the UK communications regulator, should have their content indexed and assigned a truth score. The person’s speech is then to be “displayed in a way which allows any user easily to reach an informed view of the likely factual accuracy of the content at the same time as they encounter it.”
In other words, the new law would empower far-left social media platforms, under threat of government fines, to apply ‘misinformation’ scores to the profiles of right-leaning users, with the potential that such negative labels would then impact algorithmic performance.
This would basically represent a dramatic expansion of ‘misinformation’ labels and partisan ‘fact checks’ that are already applied to individual posts, extending them to people. Over the last couple of years, the speed at which the idea of tackling “misinformation”has been used as a tool to censor and suppress speech has been alarming, and the idea of regulators suppressing the speech of citizens has become normalized.
India Mulls New Laws To Fight “Misinformation”
India is considering a new IT Act to replace the current one that was passed over 20 years ago. The new legislation, dubbed the Digital India Act, will tackle “deliberate” misinformation and doxxing, and is expected to have provisions to ensure social media platforms’ algorithmic accountability, data privacy, and net neutrality.
Speaking to India Express, a government official said that the new legislation would focus on offenses in the online world that have significantly “diversified” since the last amendment to the IT Act in 2008.
“For instance, currently under Indian laws, online misinformation is not illegal,” the official said.
The new legislation is also expected to hold social media platforms accountable for their algorithms, which some feel amplify misinformation campaigns.
The official also confirmed the new legislation will address doxxing, which refers to the publishing of another person’s personal information on social media and other platforms with malicious intent. “From the common trend of trolling on social media, we are now seeing increasing instances of people getting doxxed and the new Act will cover it,” the official said.
Rep. Bill Foster (D-IL) has reintroduced the “Improving Digital Identity Act,” (H.R. 4258 ) a bipartisan bill that would increase the federal government’s involvement in the digital identity ecosystem. The bill is set to be approved by the House Committee on Oversight and Reform.
The bill seeks to require the federal government to use its authority to help citizens “prove who they are online” through the provision of optional ID validation services, which “augment private sector digital identity and authentication solutions.”
The bill would also require the creation of a task force on digital identity and a grant program at the DHS to support the development of interoperable identity verification systems at the local and state levels. A similar bill was introduced in the Senate by Sens. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Krysten Sinema (D-AZ).
In a press release, Senator Lummis (WY)said that “it doesn’t make sense that Americans have to constantly overshare sensitive identity information with government agencies and businesses, which are honeypots all too often targeted by hackers and identity thieves.”
The bill in the Senate has a few differences from the original one introduced in the House. The one in the Senate insists that access to digital ID verification should be equitable.

“When they are finally established, U.S. digital IDs will likely be based on smartphones and biometrics,” U.S. Congressman Bill Foster, the author said in an ID2020 webinar.
Foster discussed the need for secure digital identity to back a wide range of services, including any digital immunity certificates that might be established.
“Central bank digital assets and digital currencies will significantly drive digital identity efforts in the coming years”,Foster said noting that the most secure blockchain in the world has no value for this type of application if people are operating on it with fraudulent identities.
The “underbanked population” within the U.S. has also gained attention due to the challenges posed distributing pandemic stimulus payments, and Foster suggests the U.S. is more sensitive to the need for digital identity to help address anti money-laundering (AML) and corruption concerns than it has been in the past. (Establishing Direct control of how and when you get allotted money, and how and when you can access it)
“Biometrics are going to play a huge role in all of this,” Foster notes.The combination of each individual’s smartphone and biometrics will provide defense against identity fraud, and the impressive technology continues to improve, Foster said.

Ukraine
While most of the diplomats and heads of state commenting on the Ukraine-Russia conflict committed to supporting the Ukrainian government, former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger started off the week by encouraging the international community to cede some territory to Russia so there may be peace. “Ideally, the dividing line should be a return to the status quo ante. Pursuing the war beyond that point would not be about the freedom of Ukraine but a new war against Russia itself,” Kissinger said.
Kissinger’s statements indicate a support for allowing Russia to maintain control of Crimea and informally rule the Donbass region. Meanwhile, Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said peace negotiations with Russia are going “nowhere”.
The coming days and weeks will reveal whether the globalist jet set crowd will listen to Klaus Schwab’s mentor Henry Kissinger, or western puppet Zelenskyy.
The Next Pandemic
Another panel titled “Preparing for the Next Pandemic”, featured Bill Gates; Peter Sands, Executive Director, The Global Fund To Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria; Helen E. Clark of the WHO; and Francis deSouza, President and Chief Executive Officer, Illumina Inc. The presence of deSouza and Illumina is an interesting choice, especially in regards to the “next pandemic”, because the company deals with DNA sequencing and genomics.
Participating in the panel was Francis Suarez, Mayor of Miami and President of the United States Conference of Mayors. This detail is worth noting as an example of how a global agenda — Agenda 2030, climate change, sustainable design — starts at places like the WEF and filters its way down to the local level where it is implemented by local officials like Mayor Suarez.
Pfizer and Vaccines
Despite two years having passed since the World Health Organizations announcement of a “global pandemic”, the topic of vaccinations was high on the list of priorities, especially as corporate media begins to sound the alarm on “a new wave of COVID-19 infections” and concerns about Monkeypox
Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer committed to providing all of their current and future patent-protected medicines on a not-for-profit basis to 45 low-income nations. The move was announced by Pfizer CEO Alberta Bourla. He made no mention of adverse reactions caused by Pfizer’s COVID-19 injections.
Climate Change &Commitment to Carbon removal
Of course, climate change was a hot topic throughout the week. There were strong words from Xie Zhenhua, China’s Special Envoy for Climate Change, saying words were not enough. “It isn’t just about words anymore – it is about action. Climate action, now, is critical.” US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry said the only way forward was to “radically change our economic system and our reliance on fossil fuels” over the next 8 years. Kerry also noted that “we have the technology to change, we need the political will. If we can harness this, we can still avoid the worst effects of climate change.”
When it comes to specific actions taken by the globalists “in the name of fighting climate change”, a new public-private partnership (Read covert Corporatism/Fascism) was announced focused on carbon capture programs. The so-called First Movers Coalition is focused on cleaning up the most carbon-intensive industry sectors. Corporations signing on for the First Movers Coalition include Alphabet, Microsoft, AES, Aveva, Ball Corporation, BHP, Consolidated Contractors Company, Ecolab, Enel, EY, FedEx, Ford Motor Company, HeidelbergCement, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines,National Grid, Novelis, PWC, Schneider Electric, Swiss Re, and Vestas.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Criteria
While much of the conversation around ESG focused on corporations attempting to “go green”, many researchers suspect ESG-like criteria will eventually be applied to individuals as some form of social credit score.
Alibaba Group president, J. Michael Evans, discussed the importance of his company and others adopting the ESG criteria. He also boasted about the development of an “individual carbon footprint tracker” to monitor what you buy, what you eat, as well as where and how you travel.

“May you live in interesting times”...is a cultural colloqualism that can be taken as either a blessing or a curse. Given our current trajectory down the path of total Biosecurity slavery,Ill take it as the latter. And we sure do live in “interesting times”. The Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing 2 years of constant fear mongering over a novel virus that has yet to leave bodies piled up in the streets,have been the center point for a continued assault upon the public’s privacy and “freedom” of travel(We can thank the Global War OF Terror for the kickoff to this party). While Biometrics have been gradually being integrated into the global travel infrastructure, There is now a parallel (Biosecurity) infrastructure being built to fight yet another invisible enemy. Sure being that we live in an age of advanced technology,these types of changes were bound to happen in the way we travel and live our lives.However on the flip side there are forces that seek to leverage these advancements for further control and coralling of the population,to place us on a fast track to a Dystopian vision of how were allowed to move,travel and live our lives,all in the name of staying “Healthy”,”Safe” and “Secure”. As though we needed a constant daddying supervision of our unruly and dangerous “Freedom”.
While the global pandemic hit the airline industries pockets pretty hard in 2020,With a 387 billion dollar net loss (or so they say). That didn’t stop the forward progress Frog march of the global surveillance industry which took full advantage of the New Bio-security state paradigm in the Wake of Covid-19.
How will Facial recognition work in the age of required masking you may ask? No worries they’ve already got that figured out(of course)with credit due to the decade long War on Terror. Israeli based company Corsight is working with multiple law enforcement & intelligence agencies and has established business with several airports in deploying an AI facial recognition system that can “see through masks”
As per Corsights CEO: “Corsight’s autonomous AI is essentially military-grade software and represents a vast evolution over the type of facial recognition tech we’re used to using. “We can identify someone with 90-degree head turn. We can identify someone with a camera at 70-degree rake, we can identify someone with a face mask—not just with a face mask, but with a ski mask…with hat, glasses, all of that, And, astonishingly,“We can identify someone who is now age 50 from a photograph of them at age 17.”
Makes you feel all cold and creepy inside huh?
“Touchless” technology is one of the burgeoning Tech/surveillance advancments in the post pandemic era,of course being marketed as “safe” and “efficient” ways of tech/social interaction to limit your exposure to cooties and to keep you from having to actually interface with another human being(Do i sense a sort of de-humanization in these technologies?).
Of course in the case of Air travel this technology doesn’t prevent you from being packed like sardines into a flying aluminum tube with other dirty humans and their offspring….But im sure they’ll be finding a Transhumanist solution to that at some point.
With the airline industry on a slow rebound in this post covid era, not much has changed in the way of the usual flight delay’s and endless hours of waiting around to catch your flight. Well of course that issue is addressed by Tascent technologies and their announcement of creating Touchless passenger lounges,also equipped with…you guessed it Facial recognition technology. Welcome to the Air travel version of the Panopticon..it’s all for your “convenience” and (Health?) “Safety” of course. As per the reporting of MasspriveteI: KeyBiz’s smart helmets also come equipped with license plate readers, essentially turning cops into mobile surveillance platforms.According to an NBC 25 News article the Feds are sneaking facial recognition smart helmets into airports looking for blacklisted or “wanted criminals.”
Although the article does not specifically mention blacklisted people, it does mention that airport police use smart helmets to compare peoples faces to “databases of alleged criminals.” History has shown that airport police (DHS/TSA) have access to numerous databases of blacklisted people and a secret list of unruly passengers.

A recent IATA report noted that a majority of passengers were willing to go along with this Digital dictatorship,in order to avoid waiting on long lines….

The Global Passenger Survey for 2021 (GPS) which counted 13,579 respondents from 186 countries, reveals that 73 per cent of passengers claimed to be willing to provide their biometric data to improve the travel and airport check processes, showing an increase of 27 per cent compared to 2019.
Vaxx passports & Digital ID a warning fallen on deaf ears, Now a reality
As I wrote about in Early 2021..Vaccine passports were already under developments and ready to be released to the world’s public. Of course the majority of normie’s who would have heard such a proposition called it impossible and crazy. Not more than 6 months later,were looking at a GLOBAL Vaccine passport scheme. Now while not entirely monolithic and united in systems there are now multiple nations that are requiring their citizens to show proof of vaccination in order to travel,Work,and to even pay for groceries.
Of course it’s unprecedented that a majority of the worlds population’s movements would be restricted to something as seemingly arbitrary (in 2019 standards,I’d guess) as vaccination status,but yet…here we are.While the purpose here is not to argue the validity of the so called “global Pandemic”it’s pretty obvious that these programs of Mass surveillance,Tracking,and Biometric monitoring wouldn’t be at this stage of advancement without a GLOBAL Emergency excuse (A Biological/Psychological 9-11 if you will).
The newest iterations in the Vaxx passport scheme range from IATA’s Global travel pass initiative,”green passes” in the EU,Israel,China,and hold on get ready for this one…..”Super” green passes in Italy. While the US doesn’t have an outright Vaccine passport program, there is the CLEAR health pass app, which “links Covid-19 health information to biometric identifiers such as your face, eyes and fingerprints”. But hey…It’s not a Vaxx passport, it’s a “health convenience” Right guys????

The push to global digital Identification has been in place even before the pandemic. In 2016 the United Nations held the opening of the ID2020 summit which discussed plans and how to implement ways to provide digital ID to everyone on the planet. While couched in the terms of “sustainable development” and “equity” The UN planned called for means to “provide all invisible and vulnerable people with legal identity by 2030, to make them visible and restore them into society”.Once again we see the globalist trend of manipulating lofty language and tugging on the heart strings to advance their control agenda’s. In 2018 the Known Traveler Digitial Identity (KTDI) initiative was launched by the World Economic Forum,That bastion of Globalist innovation that has given us “The Great Reset”. In collaboration with the governments of Canada (Which now has one of the strictest vaxx passport/ID scheme imprisoning it’s own citizens) and The Netherlands, The KTDI initiative piloted paperless digital travel documents for traveler’s between both countries.
And of course not more than a few weeks into the opening of the Pandemic itself we had the consummate globalist lap dog himself, Bill Gates “specultaing” that at some very near future point “Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it.” Really ahead of the curves there,huh Bill? Gates isn’t alone in this push for digital immunity ID,of course other like minded Technocrat’s/Government talking heads and Corporate “business leaders” have been insistent in this push for global digital ID.

Of course one of the Ad-hominem attacks against those of us critical of this agenda,is that we’re crazy for thinking that anyone would want to track and control us. Our governments and Public-Private partnerships(Corporate Fascism) are only doing this for our own best interests. Tracking via Microchips is one of the tropes that is pushed by popular opinion and the media,no doubt spurned on by earlier conspiracy theorists and their speculations about tracking via Microchips.
It’s kind of simplistic to criticize the idea of Tracking chips and Technologies when people are willingly allowing themselves to be tracked and traced by such means.
But then again, we’re in the 21st century,So Microchips,RFID and Bar codes are a thing of the past. In the new Biosecurity paradigm,tracking/tracing and constant surveillence is being accomplish on the nano and atomic levels.As we move further along our path of almost cyberpunk/Corporate overlord dystopia,we have begun the process of categorizing/inventorying ourselves as well as almost every other life form animate or inanimate,Via The Internet of Things(IOT),& the Internet of Bodies(IOB).
And so the further you dig into these topics,the clearer it becomes that we are inching (Incrementalism) towards a Total panopticon style society.The more that the public complies with such steps towards Total tyranny in the empty name of “Health and Safety” (Biosecurity) the worse it will become, All via a process of acclimation and gradualism. Plans for a Cashless society have been moving along for more than a decade now,as I’ve chronicled here before. But in the past handful of years & with the dawn of the post COVID era (2020-2030), those plans are beginning to accelerate. The world’s reserve Fiat currency(The US dollar) has been on some shaky ground for a while now,and we might be looking at another financial collapse sooner rather than later. While a cashless society isn’t an entirely nefarious plan,the fact is that’s where the trends with technologies were heading to anyway. What is nefarious is the agenda to exploit these advances in technology for the benefit of a small wealthy financial elite,and the agenda to consolidate this technology in the hands of central governments for greater control of their populations. Crypto currencies and the Block chain have been groundbreaking developments and have set the standard for cashless transactions. But now Elite’s of corporations and governments want to utilize this technology for greater social/financial control of mass populations.
“In January, the Bank of Canada, the Bank of England, the Bank of Japan, the Sveriges Riksbank (Sweden) and the Swiss National Bank, together with the European Central Bank and BIS, announced they had formed a group to assess the opportunities for CBDCs in their home jurisdictions“.
Further: ” A Bank for International Settlements (BIS) survey published earlier this year. According to the survey’s results, nearly 80% of central banks that responded in 2019 indicated they are engaged in or plan to commence CBDC development“.
The IMF and BIS are big time players in the world of international finance and the overlords of the current Debt based fiat currency program. With talk of “The great reset” coming from the same financial elite’s in Davos,Switzerland,you can most assuradley see that there is a framework being set up for a one world financial system a.k.a New World Order. The push for Cashless has been going on for some time now.But now the COVID-19 “pandemic” has provided the most convenient justification for accelerating the cashless agenda,to promote “contacless” banking and exchange of currencies worldwide,all for your safety of course .Just like the same line was used to promote the “War on Terror” post 9-11,now we are in a battle with a new invisible enemy,and you need to give up some or (mostly all) of your freedoms if you wish to remain “safe”.
Another related front to the Digital Currencies being promoted is the idea of Bio-security, The use of Digital forms of ID,which in some cases (and the agenda is moving in this direction) utilizes biometrics to authenticate your “digital person”. Not only is cash a “dirty” and outdated mode of transaction in the post pandemic era,but so is the freedom to travel without digital surveillance.
Que up the United Nations and their announcement of a digital ID for UN personnel that combines Blockchain and Biometrics (See where this is going??)

UN DSC is a pilot project of the World Food Programme and UNHCR with operational support from UNICC, intended to create digital solutions to help UN agencies with common operational and transactional tasks.
The UN Digital ID is a digital wallet that agency personnel can use for data related to human resources, medical status, travel, payroll and pensions, which can also be used for onboarding new employees, leaving or retiring from the organization.”
Good to see that the UN is on the “progressive” path of providing for it’s “personnel” from Cradle to Grave isn’t it?
I can’t help but to raise the question, what kind of social controls could this possibly provide the technocrats if people decide not to obey certain restrictions or requirements? ForExample: If you didn’t get your latest shot, individuals may face travel restrictions. Or, you may not be able go to work, or your payments may be frozen until you comply.
They may not have to mandate anything if they can ‘encourage’ you to obey.
Inevitably With the advances of technology,the world will continue to move away from physical to digital/biometric ID, As observed by Biometric update: Five years from now there will be more than six billion digital identity apps in use around the world, up from just over a billion today, according to a Juniper Research forecast. The research also suggests that those civic identity apps will be their predominant form, and that there will be 40 percent more digital ID apps than cards by 2025. But the consideration for digital surveillance and tracking of populations and individual privacy seems to fall by the wayside,Convenience and ease of use have become the prevailing paradigm.
Other Future related trends of concern that will further erode personal and digital privacy are Social crediting systems,As pioneered by Communist China. And Body activity based Cryptocurrency mining as patented by uber corporatist’s Microsoft. While future trends will continue to move into the digital realm,the public should remain vigilant. Meanwhile mega corporations and governments will never abandon their own history of predatory behavior.
