“US House members admitted they had not read the entire $585 billion, 1,648-page National Defense Authorization Act, which predominantly specifies budgeting for the Defense Department, before it was voted on Thursday in Congress”.
“Of course not. Are you kidding?” Rep. Jim Moran (D-Virginia) said when asked by CNSNews if he had perused the entire bill, which was just posted online late Tuesday night before it was ultimately passed in by the House by a vote of 300-119 about 36 hours later.
Moran said he did not plan to read the entire bill before voting because “I trust the leadership.”
Most legislation these days are not written by Congressmen, or even members of their staff, but instead are submitted in part or in its entirety by corporations and lobbyists who push legislators into promoting and voting for bills that benefit their companies far more than the American people.

Developed by a German firm, the software program predicts when and where a crime is most likely to occur, based on different sets of data.The German Precobs system relies on data of the location, time and other details of past crimes, such as home break-ins.When a new incident is reported, the software analyses the data to look for a pattern that will point to a future target.
But Germany can’t lay claim to inventing this type of technology – it’s already being used in several areas of the United States.
Chicago’s “Heat List” is an index of approximately 400 people who have been identified by a computer algorithm as being future threats to commit violent crime. Without having actually committed a crime, some of those on the list have actually been visited by Chicago police warning them that they are being watched.
And in Arizona, mental health pre-crime systems are searching for people “near the breaking point.” The system can harvest everything from medical records to gun purchases to online posts,these units are being given the green light with new legislation to involuntarily detain those who are flagged.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

The Federal Reserve itself is not a “Federal” institution but rather A government sanctioned private bank run for the profit of other private .
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state.
In the U.S., communication and transportation are controlled and regulated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) established by the Communications Act of 1934 and the Department of Transportation and the Interstate Commerce Commission (established by Congress in 1887), and the Federal Aviation Administration as well as Executive orders 11490, 10999 — not to mention various state bureaucracies and regulations
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
While the U.S. does not have vast “collective farms” (which failed so miserably in the Soviet Union), we nevertheless do have a significant degree of government involvement in agriculture in the form of price support subsidies and acreage alotments and land-use controls.As well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Evironmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
